CoWare provides technical product support to customers with an active product license. Technical support requests are handled directly by experienced design engineers who are fully familiar with the application of CoWare tools and methodologies to real-world designs. When contacting support, please make sure you indicate your platforms and OS.

If you are a current user of CoWare Platform Architect, CoWare Model Designer, CoWare Virtual Platform Designer, CoWare Virtual Platform or CoWare Model Library or ConvergenSC Advanced System Designer, System Designer, and System Verifier products, please direct all technical support questions via email to: support@CoWare.com.

If you are a current user of CoWare Processor Designer (LISATek), please contact PDSupport@CoWare.com.

To download CoWare software, you must have an account on the CoWare ftp server (ftp.coware.com).

By entering your CoWare user ID and password here, you will be connected.
